About Us
We keep things simple. The Labelle started with one idea: shoes you don’t have to think twice about — styles we actually love, with every product's photos, details and size range checked before it goes on the site, and backed by a real returns policy.
What we sell
The Labelle is a small online retailer selling women's shoes — boots, sneakers, flats, loafers and slippers. We are not a marketplace and we are not a general store. Every style in the shop is one we chose on purpose.
Who we are
The Labelle is operated by Cairnstone LLC, a California limited liability company (registration no. B20260038334), based in San Diego, CA.
Our mission
To sell women's shoes honestly: accurate descriptions, a shipping window we can hold, and a real returns policy.
Our vision
To be a store people trust enough to buy from twice.
How we ship
7–13 days to the 48 contiguous US states, free. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
