Refund policy

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. There is no restocking fee.

Condition

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, return shipping is free.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@thelabelle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
